BEHIND OUR CREATIONS
Elena is behind the creations of Dolcebrigadeiro’s collection.
She grew up in Milan. When she was little, she discorvered her passion for chocolate and sweets in a small kitchen with her grandmother. After graduating from high school, she decided to travel to get to know more about the sweet culinary specialties around the world.
She traveled to Rome, Cagliari, Yssingeaux, Lyon, Lucerne and Zürich, earned many diplomas and worked for well-known pastry shops. She completed her studies in 2019 at the Belvoirpark Hospitality Management School in Zürich.
Elena developed her passion for the Brazilian delicacy Brigadeiro while working for the Brazilian Churrascaria Boinabrasa in Dielsdorf.
As a competent pastry-chef, she creates her own recipes with natural flavors and fresh ingredients. While pursuing her passion for pastry and chocolate arts, she realizes her dream of creating an original Brigadeiros collection and sharing it with the rest of the world.

Furthermore, only the finest Swiss chocolate, the purest cocoa powder, Swiss butter, natural flavors and decorations such as dried fruits, spices, nuts and various chocolate sprinkles are used in our recipes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Dolcebrigadeiro’s products must be refrigerated upon arrival.
The brigadeiros will be creamier and softer at room temperature. To get a firmer consistency, we recommend chilling the brigadeiros before serving.
The minimum shelf life of our brigadeiros is 14 days, if stored refrigerated and in their boxes. After that, the praline won't go bad but it might get harder and a little drier.
In order to enjoy their fresh taste and optimal consistency, we recommend consuming the Brigadeiros within seven days from their production date.
Our gourmet brigadeiros are best if kept in the refrigerator and well covered.
For a longer shelf life, the products can be frozen at -18 ° C for up to 4 months.
